A decent summer’s day for today’s spin, heading for Dingle & Slea Head.  Pictured is the 1930 Gnome et Rhone M120 of Jocelyn Wassner getting readied for the drive.

A ‘soft’ morning awaited entrants on the opening day of the event.  The run headed for the Bantry lunch stop via Creedon’s Hotel in Inchigeelagh before travelling out to Goat’s Head and back to Killarney via Borlin.  Luckily, the weather improved throughout the day which made the scenery even more spectacular.
